People read your life. What does it say about Jesus?

The Lord desires his word to be incarnated, not just perused or preached. People in the world don’t tend to read the Bible. However, they do ‘read’ you and me! Asw Christian leaders, our lives are to ‘advertise’ Jesus. We are to be ‘living letters’ written to the world by the Holy Spirit. Sadly, there are far too many of us who do not practice what we preach.  Our mouths say one thing, but our attitudes and actions say another. What are we advertising?  An inconsistent testimony gives people the right to question our integrity. And if they question our integrity, they will also question our message. Think about it.  When people ‘read’ your life, what does it say? In what areas do you need to become more like Jesus?

2 Corinthians 3:2-3 “You are our letter, written in our hearts, known and read by all men; being manifested that you are a letter of Christ, cared for by us, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.”
